LoneStar Capital specializes in financing for commercial real estate including income-producing and owner-occupied properties. While the majority of my business is the placement of long-term, fixed-rate money for acquisition and refinance, a portion includes high-leverage bridge financing for value-added projects, term financing with limited prepayment penalties and construction loans.
With over 25 years experience in the commercial real estate finance as a mortgage banker and broker, LoneStar Capital was founded in 2002. A primary reason for my success is the relationships developed and maintained over the years with lending sources across the country. While this has always been an important factor, my main focus is to represent the borrower to the best of my ability. Each opportunity starts with a detail underwriting of all the aspects of the project. Also, the loan request is evaluated to determine the most suitable loan program to meet the borrower’s needs. Various alternatives are gathered, reviewed and offered as appropriate. In addition, to fully represent the borrower, subtle issues in the loan programs being considered are presented. Cash flow projections and ROI analysis are provided on request.
My approach is to offer a service-oriented situation where borrowers get the expertise, experience and advice they deserve from a commercial mortgage professional. I am involved in all aspects of the transaction from underwriting, identifying potential lenders, working to find the most cost effective vendors and tracking documents prior to and after closing. My volume of repeat business, referrals and opportunities tells me my diligence has been rewarded.
